Indexburg turns Google Classroom activity into clear, repeatable parent-facing WhatsApp reports, a shared managed parent inbox, and lightweight teacher analytics — so IGCSE teachers can keep parents informed without manual work.

Who we serve

Practical tools for individual IGCSE teachers and the teaching assistants who support them — private tutors, teachers in tuition centres and school teachers in Egypt who manage many classes and hundreds of students.

Core features

• Google Classroom integration: secure OAuth sync of courses, rosters, assignments and grades. Indexburg’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Weekly student progress reports: per-student summaries and PDFs delivered via WhatsApp.
• Shared managed inbox: parent replies routed to a single inbox used by authorized TAs; assistants’ never see student and parent numbers.
• Teacher analytics: class and student-level dashboards to surface trends and keep you informed.
• Credits billing: teachers buy credits and spend them on the Indexburg services they choose.
• Important note: teachers cannot text students through Indexburg yet — but will be able to very soon.

Access & onboarding

Teachers cannot self-register. To get access, teachers should contact Indexburg to request Access or join a pilot. We approve teacher accounts and invite authorized TAs; this ensures only verified teachers and staff use the teacher/assistant features.

How we operate

• Teacher-first consent: teachers and authorized assistants collect and record guardian opt-ins on the site. Guardians may opt out by contacting the teacher/TA or Indexburg.
• Official Messaging: Messages are sent using the official WhatsApp Business API / Meta and depend on third-party messaging systems and carriers.
• Data Retention: We retain data only as needed for the Service (generally up to 12 months) and will delete data earlier on verified request.
