Teachers are the paying customers. Indexburg charges per student per month and bundles the platform — automated guardian reports, the shared managed inbox, teacher analytics, attendance tracking, WhatsApp teaching assistant workflows and AI-assisted marking (pilot) — into the teacher plan.

Parents cannot reply STOP to stop the messages. They should reach out to the teacher or TA or Indexburg to stop it.
Yes. Indexburg uses Meta’s WhatsApp Business API to deliver messages; Meta acts as a message processor. We only provide necessary guardian phone numbers and approved templates; see the privacy policy for details.
